The Castle Bistro is the brainchild of Ellie and Glenn Yawney, owners of the much-loved Intermezzo Restaurant and Wine Cellar located in Vernon. At the Castle at Swan Lake, they have established a restaurant that brings their well-established reputation for world-class cuisine and unparalleled wine selections into a warm and welcoming bistro environment. Our approach to featuring the best of the Okanagan blended with International features also applies to our refined wine selections. Our wine list features many of the Okanagan Valley’s top wineries, thoughtfully interspersed with selections from around the world.
